Hi! Thank you for your feedback. Your order was placed on Saturday, 16 Dec and it was shipped on Monday, 18 Dec. (PostNL doesn't deliver on Sunday and Monday) Shipping normally takes 1 working day inside Netherlands, however during busy holiday season in December, there can unfortunately be slight delay in transit during this period that are beyond our control.
