RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you enjoy your ThingsEyeLove items, but if you are not satisfied for any reasons, you can proceed with return or exchange. See step by step instructions below:
1. Returnable within 30 days from the ship date for a refund or store credit.
2. If you need to return an item, please follow the steps below:-
- Simply login to your account, select "My orders"
- Select the order and the item you want to return, then click "Make an RMA slip" button under Merchandise Return. (Specify if you would like to have store credit or refund).
- A return slip with the return address will be generated, which can be found in "My merchandise returns". Please enclose the return slip with your returned item(s) to us within 30 days from the order date.
- We'll notify you via e-mail of the updated progress on your return. Meanwhile, you can always check the updated status under "MY ACCOUNT".
- We'll also notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item(s).
3. You will be refunded the full amount excluding delivery fee within 7 working days of receipt by original method of payment.
4. Your purchase must be returned in unused condition, with its original packaging and all accessories, hang tags etc. intact.
5. We recommend you return your package by Recorded Delivery or using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods as ThingsEyeLove is not liable for lost returned parcels. We are not liable for the cost of returning any goods unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
6. Sale Merchandise: Sale merchandise purchases may be returned within 21 days the order date.
7. Non-Returnable: All sales of gift cards, pierced jewellery and custom made pieces are Non-Returnable items, which cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.
