COVID-19 UPDATE: Orders are shipping as normal, however, the estimated delivery date for some countries may take longer than usual.

Free shipping for Netherlands on orders over €35 for jewelry items, over €70 for scarves.

SHIPPING

We ship worldwide from Amsterdam, Netherlands. All items are normally despatched within one business day of placing your order. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.


Orders are processed daily, Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays. As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us.


All international orders are shipped with international standard post. Netherlands orders are shipped with PostNL.


Most parcels will reach their destination within 2 weeks, however, some destinations may require additional time allowed for parcels to arrive.

Netherlands

Free shipping for Netherlands on orders over €35 for jewelry. For orders below €35:

- €4 Shipping for jewels (with tracking)

- €6 package post with tracking (for all items)

Estimated delivery time: 1 business day.

Belgium

Free shipping for Belgium on orders over €70. For orders below €70:

- €7,50 without tracking

- €10 with tracking

Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days.

Other European countries

Free shipping for other European countries on orders over €70. For orders below €70:

- €7.5/£6.5*/US$8.5* (without tracking)

- €13/£11*/US$14.5* (with tracking)

*Prices based on final conversion rate at checkout time.

Estimated delivery time: 2-7 business days.

Rest of the world

Free worldwide shipping on orders over €100 (US$110*).

For orders below €100 (US$110*):

- €10 (US$11*) without tracking.

- €24 (US$27*) with tracking.

Estimated delivery time: 4-10 business days.

Please note that the shipping times are estimated for non-holiday season. During busy holiday season or on rare occasions, there can unfortunately be slight delays in transit that are beyond our control. (e.g. wrong or incomplete shipping address, customs clearance, etc.)

  1. All delivery times listed above are only estimates and do not take into consideration delays due to holidays, postal strikes, customs clearance etc.
  2. Business days are excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
  3. We will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  4. Any fees charged by customs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

International Duties & Taxes

Our retail prices and shipping charges exclude any local customs duties or taxes/VAT. Customs duties and taxes are additional fees charged by local authorities and vary country to country. The additional fees are the responsibility of the customer. ThingsEyeLove encourages customers to source this information prior to purchase. Unfortunately, ThingsEyeLove is unable to provide information relating to the cost of unexpected taxes or duties as these charges vary and are beyond our control.

Wrong Address / Corrections

Please check all your order details carefully before processing your order. ThingsEyeLove will not take responsibility for any product lost or stolen that is addressed incorrectly due to incorrect information entered on your order form.


If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address is the responsibility of the customer.
